To build and test new capacities for European grass-roots and micro-organisations to work internationally in the cultural and creative sectors.

To foster the transnational creation of performing-art works by organizing a permanent European network for their circulation.

Partners explore common needs and visions to form groups that will generate the joint artistic creations during the residency period.

The transnational creative groups start the artistic creation through a programme of artistic residencies, hosted in the partners’ countries.

The new transnational artistic co-productions debut in a European tour in the partner countries.
